Yupoo Spreadsheet Checklist Before Saving a Find

Nine checks turn an attractive link into a decision you can revisit.

Nine-point checklist

Mark only what the pages actually show

  1. 1The item belongs in the category I am researching
  2. 2The album or catalog photos show the details that matter
  3. 3Watermarks and contact details are reasonably consistent
  4. 4Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed
  5. 5Price is compared with similar results rather than judged alone
  6. 6Shipping weight does not remove the value
  7. 7The source or purchase link matches the item being shown
  8. 8QC photos are relevant to the same item or source when available
  9. 9I can explain why I would save this result

How to score a result

8–9

Strong shortlist candidate

The row is well documented, but still not verified.

5–7

Research further

Keep it only if the missing evidence can realistically be found.

3–4

Weak evidence

Too many important questions remain open.

0–2

Remove for now

The result is creating work without adding useful evidence.

A stronger example

A clothing row identifies the garment type and code, links to an album with front, back, seam, label, and measurement photos, and includes a source page that matches the code and color. The QC link shows the same measurements and useful angles. Contact details are consistent, and packed-weight uncertainty is noted.

This is a strong shortlist candidate because the relationship between the pages can be tested—not because quality is guaranteed.

A weak example

A row says “top quality,” links to a mixed album, has no item code or measurements, and lists a price without currency or date. Its source URL opens a different item, and the QC image has no visible relationship to the album.

Remove it for now. More searching may find the missing evidence, but the current row has not earned a place.

Keep a short decision log beside the score

Recheck the row whenever a source URL, contact, price, size chart, or QC set changes. Do not let an old score survive new evidence automatically.

One-sentence save rule

What to do next

If sizing or image evidence is the weakest part, open the QC guide. If the likely packed weight changes the value, use the shipping guide. If contact, source, or payment details create doubt, review the safety guide and be ready to stop.
