Identify the purpose of each photo set
Yupoo album photos usually present the product or the uploader’s claim. Yupoo QC photos are presented as a later view of a specific item being checked. The two sets serve different purposes and must be connected through the item code, variant, source trail, and measurement evidence.
Keep a note of what each image can and cannot show. A visual difference may identify a question; it does not automatically identify the cause or verify the seller.
Presentation and inspection answer different questions
Album photos
Presentation evidence
Often selected and arranged to explain or promote an item. They may show ideal lighting, broad angles, and detail close-ups.
QC photos
Handling evidence
Images presented as the item being checked at a later stage. They may show measurements, packaging, labels, or practical flaws—but their relationship still needs checking.
Check that the photos belong to the same item
Match the item code
Compare visible codes, labels, color names, and variant notes across the album, source page, and QC set.
Match construction
Look for the same panel layout, stitching path, pocket count, hardware, sole, print position, or connector.
Match measurements
Compare measured dimensions with the advertised size or chart and note the measuring method.
Match the source trail
Keep the order or source reference that connects the QC set to the item. A similar photo alone is not enough.

Sizing and measurement evidence
A labeled size is not a measurement. Prefer photos showing a tape or ruler positioned clearly, then compare chest width, length, waist, inseam, outsole, insole, or item dimensions as appropriate.
Allow for measurement method, perspective, compression, and small human variation. This guide cannot decide fit from a photo.
Image quality and missing-angle limitations
Blur, glare, heavy compression, color casts, or an obstructed tape can make a photo inconclusive. Missing rear, interior, underside, label, or close-detail angles matter when those areas would answer the question.
Do not turn “not visible” into “acceptable.” Mark the point unresolved.
Why QC photos do not authenticate a product or seller
A QC image can document visible details of an item presented for inspection. It cannot by itself prove origin, authenticity, future shipment, seller identity, refund eligibility, or what will arrive.
Checklist before approving any next step
- Item code, category, color, and variant match across pages.
- The important category-specific angles are visible.
- Measurements use a clear method and are readable.
- Watermarks, order references, or source context do not conflict.
- Missing angles and image limitations are recorded.
- The QC set is not being used as seller verification or authentication.
